# Users

> Manage your customers: create accounts, review subscription status, and open the customer app from one place.

## What this page is for

The **Users** page is where you manage the *customers of your White Label* (the people who buy subscriptions and use your branded app).

From here you can:

* Create new customer accounts
* Search and review customers in your workspace
* Update basic customer details (like name and company)
* Review customer information such as subscriptions, minutes, and attribution (inside the user details panel)
* Open the customer’s app directly using the **green icon** on the far right of the row (the last icon)

To open this page, click here: [Open Users](https://app.callin.io/cms/users)

## How the Users list works

At the top of the page, you’ll see:

* A **search bar** to quickly find a customer (commonly by name or email)
* A **Create User** button to add a new customer

Each row in the table represents a customer and typically shows:

* Customer identity (name/email)
* Status (for example, **Active**)
* A join date (**Joined At** in the UI)
* Several action icons on the right side of the row (including the **green icon** at the end)

## Create a customer account

When you click **Create User**, a modal opens to create a new customer.

What you’ll fill in (based on the UI):

* **Email** (required)
* **Password** (required — the modal indicates a minimum length)
* **Full Name** (optional)
* **Company** (optional)

Realistic example:

* Email → `sara@northwindclinic.com`
* Password → a secure password you share with the customer through a safe channel
* Full Name → `Sara Ruiz`
* Company → `Northwind Clinic`

> **Tip:** If you manage many accounts, keeping **Full Name** and **Company** filled in makes search and support much easier.

## Edit basic customer details

From a user row, you can open an edit modal to update basic fields like:

* **Full Name**
* **Company**

This is useful when:

* A customer signed up with an incomplete name
* You want the company name to match your internal naming (for example, “Northwind Clinic (Madrid)”)

## Open the customer app with the green icon

The last icon on the right side of each row is a **green icon**. This is the fast way to open the customer’s platform directly.

Use it when you need to:

* Confirm exactly what the customer is seeing
* Check whether a feature is available based on their subscription
* Help the customer find a page without guessing

Support example:

1. The customer says: “I can’t find my subscriptions.”
2. You locate them in **Users**.
3. You click the **green icon** to open their app and guide them with certainty.

> **Important:** What you see after opening the customer app depends on that customer’s current status and subscription.

## What you can review inside a customer profile

When you open the customer details panel, the UI shows tabs such as:

* **Info** (last login details and account security options)
* **Subscriptions** (minutes, active subscriptions, and billing actions if available)
* **1-Min Billing** (outbound billing rule details and recent outbound call stats)
* **UTM** (marketing attribution captured during signup)

This helps you quickly answer questions like:

* “Did this customer log in recently?”
* “Do they have an active subscription?”
* “Why was a short outbound call billed a certain way?”
* “Did they come from a campaign with UTM parameters?”

> **Tip:** If a customer says “I paid but it’s not active,” the first check is usually confirming they’re using the correct email/account.
