# Subscriptions

> Review which subscription each customer has, including plan, price, minutes, status, and dates.

## What this page is for

The **Subscriptions** page gives you a **read-only overview** of the subscriptions your customers have.

It’s designed for reviewing—not for editing—so you can quickly answer questions like:

* “Which plan is this customer on?”
* “Is their subscription active, past due, or canceled?”
* “How many minutes are included and how many have been used?”
* “When did the subscription start and when does it end?”

> **Tip:** The exact labels and available options can vary depending on your account, plan, and language settings.

## How to use the list

### Search subscriptions

At the top, use the **Search subscriptions…** field to find a customer quickly (for example, by email or name).

### Understand the columns

In the table you’ll typically see:

* **User**: the customer’s identifier (often email, sometimes name)
* **Plan**: the plan name (for example, a monthly plan or pay-as-you-go)
* **Price**: the cost of the plan (if shown for that plan)
* **Minutes**: included minutes and usage (for example, “Used”)
* **Status**: the current state of the subscription
* **Start Date** and **End Date**: the subscription period

## Subscription status examples

The list may show statuses like:

* **Active**: the subscription is currently running
* **Past Due**: payment is overdue
* **Canceled**: the subscription was canceled

> **Important:** If a customer says “I paid” but their status is not **Active**, the most common checks are: the correct user/email and the current subscription status on this page.
