Email is the unified inbox of AI Email Manager. Open it from the left sidebar, under Mail Agents.
The messages processed by your agents appear here, from every connected mailbox, with the category each one received. It’s also where you review, edit and send the drafts your agents have prepared.
If you haven’t connected an inbox yet, the screen shows Connect a mailbox to use Email and the three steps to do it: open Mail Agents and select an agent, connect Google, Microsoft or IMAP in the Mailbox tab, and come back here. The buttons Go to Mail Agents and Create mail agent take you straight there.

Find your messages
Once an inbox is connected:
- Connected account: choose which mailbox to view.
- Folders: All Mails, Inbox, Sent, Draft, Starred, Archived and Trash. Under Categories you’ll find your agent’s labels.
- Filters: All, Unread, Needs review, Handled and Read. Needs review shows the messages waiting for you.
- Sort: Newest or Oldest.
- Search mail by sender, subject, or content… finds a message.
- Refresh mail loads the latest messages.
When you open a message, you’ll see which Mail agent handled it, and these actions: Reply, Reply all, Forward, Archive, Delete, Mark handled and Mark as read.
Reply with AI
Click Reply to open the reply editor. You can write the answer yourself, or let the AI write it:
- Choose the Model.
- Choose the Tone: Professional, Friendly, Concise, Empathetic, Confident or Formal.
- Click Generate reply. Review and edit the draft.
- If the customer wrote in another language, click Translate to sender language.
- Click Send.
Credits for AI drafts
Each AI draft uses credits from your balance. When you create your first mail agent, a free trial starts: during those days, AI drafts are free, and a notice shows how many days are left.
When your balance runs low, you’ll see Credit balance is running low. If there isn’t enough, you’ll see Insufficient credit balance and no new AI drafts are generated. Click Add credits to top up.
