What this page is for
The Subscriptions page gives you a read-only overview of the subscriptions your customers have. It’s designed for reviewing—not for editing—so you can quickly answer questions like:- “Which plan is this customer on?”
- “Is their subscription active, past due, or canceled?”
- “How many minutes are included and how many have been used?”
- “When did the subscription start and when does it end?”
Tip: The exact labels and available options can vary depending on your account, plan, and language settings.
How to use the list

- Price: the cost of the plan (if shown for that plan)
- Minutes: included minutes and usage (for example, “Used”)

Subscription status examples
The list may show statuses like:- Active: the subscription is currently running
