Overview

Welcome to Callin.io! When you sign up, you’ll automatically get a Free Trial with enough minutes to explore all the core features. If you’re ready for more, upgrading your plan takes just a couple of clicks.

Steps

  1. Open Your Profile Menu
    Look to the bottom-left of your dashboard and click your profile icon. A menu will pop up showing your current usage status.
    • New here? You’ll see a Free Trial button.
    • Already tried it? You’ll see Upgrade instead.
    Click that button to head over to the Plans page.
  2. Check Out the Plans
    You’ll see a range of options — pick the one that matches your needs:
    • 🔹 Basic Plan — 215 minutes/month, supports multiple languages. Great for solo users.
    • 🔹 Starter Plan ($119/mo) — Up to 5 clients, white-labeled with your branding.
    • 🔹 Premium Plan ($299/mo) — More minutes and extra customization options.
    • 🔹 Unlimited Plan ($499/mo) — No limits on usage or clients.
    • 🔹 Growth Plan ($1499/mo) — Built for scale, full white-label control.
  3. Click and Subscribe
    Hit Subscribe on the plan you want. Just follow the payment steps — once confirmed, you’ll instantly see your updated balance and plan details in the dashboard.

Advanced Setup (Optional)

If you’re using a white-label plan, you can also:
  • Upload your own logo and favicon.
  • Use a custom domain.
  • Connect Stripe for billing your clients.
  • Set minute limits per client account.

Troubleshooting

No Free Trial showing?
You’ve probably already used it — you’ll only see the Upgrade option now. Payment not working?
Double-check your card or contact support. Plan not updating?
